Masons Premier Group is a Texas-based general contracting and construction management firm serving public and private clients across Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
Led by our Principal, the firm brings leadership experience across more than $350 million in completed construction value and more than 200 projects nationwide. Our experience spans public-sector educational facilities, multifamily development, commercial construction, and complex infrastructure improvements.
We specialize in design-build delivery, preconstruction planning, and precision construction management, working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and municipalities to deliver projects on schedule and built to last.

Carl Mason
Carl Mason brings 17+ years of commercial construction and public infrastructure delivery to Masons Premier Group, including CMAR procurement, design-build delivery, and owner representation on K-12 bond programs across Central Texas, among them the Thrall ISD and Veribest ISD capital bond programs featured above.
Carl also leads MG & Sons Holdings and MPG Workforce Communities, the platform’s workforce housing development arm, applying the same construction discipline to attainable housing delivery across high-growth Texas corridors.

Selected Work
Thrall Independent School District Bond Program
Principal-led delivery experience on this $80 million K-12 capital bond program included construction of a new elementary school, high school additions, campus infrastructure upgrades, and full site development across the district. The program delivered more than 100,000 SF of educational facilities and more than 300,000 SF of parking, paving, and campus circulation improvements designed to serve the community for generations.
Veribest Independent School District Bond Program
Led by our Principal in a prior construction leadership role, this approximately $30 million district bond program included a new elementary school and a major expansion to the existing middle/high school campus. The work included full site development, utilities, parking, and campus circulation improvements. Both projects were completed on schedule and modernized the district’s facilities to support long-term enrollment growth.
Berkley Mixed-Use Development
This $30 million, 143-unit mixed-use development in Philadelphia’s Wayne Junction district includes more than 10,500 SF of ground-floor commercial space and structured parking for 94 vehicles. The six-story podium building was designed to support increased residential density while activating the surrounding retail corridor. Project leadership experience included preconstruction planning, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, schedule oversight, and construction delivery for a complex urban infill development.
Masons Premier Group also serves as the construction partner to MPG Workforce Communities, supporting the delivery of attainable workforce housing developments across high-growth Central Texas corridors as that pipeline moves forward.
