Principal led delivery, this $80M K-12 capital bond program included construction of a new elementary school, high school additions, campus infrastructure upgrades, and full site development across the district.The project delivered over 100,000 SF of educational facilities and 300,000+ SF of parking, paving, and campus circulation improvements, designed to serve the community for generations.

The work included full site development, utilities, parking, and campus circulation improvements.Both projects were completed on schedule and modernized the district’s facilities to support long-term enrollment growth.

$30m 143-unit mixed-use development located in Philadelphia’s Wayne Junction district featuring 10,500+ SF of ground-floor commercial space and structured parking for 94 vehicles.The six-story podium building was designed to support increased residential density while activating the surrounding retail corridor.Project leadership included preconstruction planning, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, schedule oversight, and full construction delivery for a multi-story urban infill development.
